Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Casaya Prestige Cleaning Services (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, requesting a quote, or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described in our service offerings. All work is based on the scope agreed upon in the final quote or service confirmation.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All pricing is quote-based and determined by property size, condition, accessibility, and client requirements. Final pricing is confirmed prior to service. Any additional work requested or required outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
3. Scheduling, Access & Delays
Clients must provide accurate access instructions and ensure entry to the property at the scheduled time. If access is delayed or unavailable, the appointment may be rescheduled and a fee may apply.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee to compensate for reserved time.
5. Payment Authorization & Payments
A valid payment method must be provided at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due immediately upon completion of the scheduled service. By providing your payment information and booking our services, you authorize Casaya Prestige Cleaning Services to charge the payment method on file for the final quoted amount, including any additional charges for services requested or approved beyond the original scope of work. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, the client remains responsible for the full balance due, and the Company reserves the right to charge applicable late fees, recover collection costs where permitted by law, and refuse future services until the outstanding balance is paid.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and personal belongings prior to service. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage to items not properly secured or disclosed.
7. Liability & Damage Limitation
The Company exercises reasonable care while performing services. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, improper installation of fixtures, or damage resulting from normal cleaning processes. Liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
8. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from conditions within the property or failure to disclose relevant risks.
9. Recurring Services
Recurring cleaning arrangements may be modified or canceled with appropriate notice. Frequency changes may affect pricing.
10. Photos & Documentation
We may take before-and-after photos for quality control, training, or marketing purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
11. Service Satisfaction
If there are concerns regarding service quality, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we may address the issue.
12. Acceptance
By booking, submitting a quote request, checking the agreement box on our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
